Life Integrity Network is led by a board of directors who make policy and give oversight to the work. The board meets 3-4 times a year and is made up of 7 members drawn from a wide spectrum of the society. The daily affairs of Life Integrity Network are headed by the Chief Executive Officer who is appointed by the board and sits as an ex officio member of all board committee meetings.
Currently Mr. Esao Omondi Otieno is the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Esao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance from Dedan Kimathi University and currently pursuing a Masters Degree in MBA Strategic Management at Zetech University. Previously, He was the Operations Project Manager at Sankhyana Consultancy Services. Esao also has different trainings in; Tobacco Industry Monitoring & Policy Advocacy from the University of Pretoria, Environment-Based Prevention from The Colombo Plan; Family-Based, & Community-Based Prevention from NACADA Kenya, and currently Life Advocate Training with Life Equip Global. He also actively serves in his local church, Bethzatha Baptist Church Nairobi as a Deacon in-charge of Finance and Administration.
