Esao Omondi Otieno

He currently serves as the Operations Project Manager at Sankhyana, a tech and analytics consulting firm, where he oversees key business functions including project execution, HR, payroll administration, recruitment, and monthly growth targets. Esao’s strengths include operational strategy, stakeholder coordination, program management, systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, and team leadership. He is passionate about creating sustainable systems and interventions that drive organizational growth and community transformation. Esao is also the Founder and CEO of Life Integrity Network, an organization he established out of deep passion, personal conviction, and a burden to respond to the societal challenges threatening the sanctity of human life.

The organization is dedicated to providing life-changing interventions focused on substance use prevention, pregnancy crisis care, and family strengthening. Under his leadership, Life Integrity Network is actively engaging communities with education, advocacy, and support rooted in Christian faith and compassion. Esao holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance. He has further strengthened his skillset through specialized training in project management, human resources, and leadership development. He is certified by the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) in school-based, family-based, and by The Colombo Plan in environment-based prevention of substance use, and he regularly facilitates trainings in these areas. Faith is a cornerstone of Esao’s life and leadership. He serves actively at Bethzatha Baptist Church Nairobi as the Finance and Administration In-Charge, where he provides financial stewardship and administrative support. His values of integrity, servant leadership, and accountability guide both his personal and professional endeavours.
